Requirements:

• Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate
• Required Skills: Antepartum, Facility births/month 200-300, Labor and Delivery, High Risk Antepartum, Mother/Baby, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), NST (Non Stress Tests), OCT (Oxytocin Challenge Tests), Reflex checks / edema assessment / clonus, Sterile vaginal exam, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Use of Internal Fetal Monitoring, Use of IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Administration of blood & blood products, Drawing Venous Blood, Start & maintain peripheral IV, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring, Anticoagulants, Anticonvulsants, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin (oxytocin), Prostaglandins, Terbutaline, Amnioinfusion, Assist with high risk delivery, Assist with vaginal delivery, Circulate for C-section, Forceps/vacuum extraction, Hemorrhage/shock, Recover C-Section, APGAR scores, Baby Nurse ("Baby Catcher"), Collect cord samples, ID/Security Banding, Radiant Warmers/Thermoregulation, Infant Identification, Newborn Assessment, Newborn hypoglycemia, Thermoregulation, Epidural Anesthesia, General Anesthesia, IV conscious sedation, Nitrous Oxide, Pain assessment & management, Use of PCA (IV), Baby friendly protocols, Breastfeeding Support/lactation support, Foley Catheter insertion, Fundus/lochia/perineum care, Wound Assessment and Care, Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Couplet Care, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Vaccine Administration, D & C, Tubal Ligation

Job Details:

• Pay: $2833.9/week - $3059.25/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 3, 12-Hour 19:00 - 07:30
• At least one year of experience required
