Backhoe Loader Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative R&D Specialist with a strong background in backhoe loader design to join our dynamic team in Peachtree City, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of backhoe loaders, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our backhoe loader products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in both design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of backhoe loaders, driving innovation and optimization in product development;
• Develop the product’s technical roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, providing leadership and technical guidance for the relevant product modules;
• Master the 3D structure design and 2D blueprint creation of the product, ensuring design accuracy and feasibility;
• Independently analyze system and component requirements for the backhoe loader, ensuring that the design meets project needs and guarantees product quality;
• Build the technical capabilities of the product system and mentor the team in technical development and skill improvement;
• Deeply understand customer needs and maintain strong communication channels with clients to ensure smooth project execution;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the project development and mass production phases, ensuring timely project delivery;
• Stay updated with market trends and customer feedback, incorporating market needs into product design to enhance market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• 5-10 years of experience as an expert in backhoe loader design or in a related field;
• Proficiency in 3D design software and a deep understanding of mechanical design principles;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Global outlook, with preferred experience in the Middle Eastern, Eastern European, or American and Latin American markets, with the ability to integrate regional market requirements into product design and development.
