We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Delivery Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs and teams, driving innovation, and delivering impactful business outcomes. You will be instrumental in guiding our technology teams and ensuring the successful execution of high-stakes projects that align with our organizational goals.
We are looking for a leader who can :
- Lead and mentor cross-functional global technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align technology initiatives with business goals. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all technical teams.
- Leverage a deep technical background to engage with technologists across various stacks, ensuring the successful design and implementation of complex technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and drive alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during large-scale technology implementations. Effectively manage risks and dependencies to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in technology team leadership, with a proven ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple domains.
- Significant experience in managing programs off varying sizes from small agile high impact projects to large-scale transformational programs.
- Strong technical background with the ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and engage with technologists at a deep level.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering business value through technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management or cloud technologies are a plus.
