CDL Driver/Equipment Operator

Clean Harbors is seeking a CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks/work equipment at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. This role involves performing driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up.

• Up to 40% overnight travel, hotel and per diem provided
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required, no auto restriction
• Monday through Friday schedule, average start time 6 am
• Typically, a 55-65-hour work week, overtime after 40 hrs. On call as needed

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed
• Load and unload trucks, perform manual labor on site
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
• Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Safely observe all operating guidelines and procedures
• Ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis
