Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.


Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for optimizing flow of epics/features and value delivered by a complex/larger Agile Release Train (aka: Solution Train).
  2. Facilitating Solution Train ceremonies, managing dependencies, reporting the health of epic/feature delivery and overall program increment, and promoting agile principles/mindset through coaching.
  3. Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the Trains from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables.
  2. Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management.
  3. Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team).
  4. Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Process and detail-oriented.
  6. Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments.
  7. Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems.
  8. Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelines.
