About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join their Finance Change Delivery Office supporting Initiative delivery within the Corporate Finance and or Treasury business functions. The FCDO team is responsible for oversight and delivery of business initiative change objectives, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure delivery on-time, in-scope, and on-budget business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across the Finance organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years Direct experience leading large, cross functional, Corporate Finance-focused change initiatives within a Global Financial Services organization

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience and fluency in Enterprise Finance functions (domain experience in Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Capital Markers or Accounting spaces)

  • Extensive experience with Project Management and PM Methodologies, Strategic Planning, and financial product areas

  • Track record of exceeding expectations in current position and consistent upward trajectory in role scope and accountability

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and executive-level scrutiny

  • Proven experience collaborating and building partnerships in a matrix environment

  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity/undefined areas
