Our client, a leading grocery distribution company, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting the building of orders for grocery trucks, package trucks, and draught trucks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.Job Title: Forklift OperatorLocation: Daytona Beach, FLPay Range: $17.00 per hourWhat's the Job?Schedule 1st shift 4AM-4PM: Monday-Thursday and Friday's every 3rd week. No weekends!Hand stack product and build pallets per standards using forklift or walkie rider.Stage and park product for wrapping and/or loading.Clean warehouse and equipment according to standards.Maintain and inspect equipment according to standards.Work constructively through teams or other appropriate channels to improve the warehouse processes.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.What's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent.
