Employee Shuttle Driver (non-CDL)

Description
This position is responsible for safely transporting clients and visiting employees between the airport and plant and other various locations as needed with superior service. This is a part time role with hours scheduled as needed and reasonable flexibility for occasional unplanned needs. Hours vary based on needs but tend to average between 10-25/week. Hours may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Drivers must have good communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with fellow drivers, maintenance, the operations team as well as the public they serve.
Responsibilities

• Drive safely, responsibly and be prepared for all road conditions
• Respect fellow employees, equipment, and customers
• Convey passengers to and from predetermined locations
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage
• Pre and post trip checks of each vehicle each time it is used (emphasis on ensuring adequate fluid levels)
• Complete all applicable paperwork required
• Maintain a vehicle
• Report unsafe conditions
• Report an injury
• Use the safe work procedures
• Coordinate maintenance schedule for pool vehicles
• Take pool and executive vehicles in for regular maintenance
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Skills and Abilities

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record in their state of residence
• Must be available to drive as needed.
• Must be well groomed and appropriately attired for the season.
• Must also be willing to drive in all kinds of weather, light, road, and traffic conditions, and be well rested.
• Must be able to communicate with people in various positions and levels within the company
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Education and Experience

• Related driving experience is preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time.
