Delivery Truck Driver

Become a Delivery Truck Driver with US Foods!

Schedule:

• 5-day work week between Monday and Saturday
• Start time between 12am - 6am; End of shift is at completion of route
• 45+ hours/week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $26.75 per hour, $29.75 after 90 days
• Union Benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and more
• Average $75,000 - $80,000 Yearly

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Unload products and place in designated customer storage areas
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
• Perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with required endorsements and DOT qualifications
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months in the food and beverage delivery industry
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions
