Looking to hire a Transport Engineer to work on-site in Irvine, CA
****Looking for candidates with Design, eNSE, Microwave and BW Upgrades experience ***

What will you be doing as a Transport Engineer:
- Perform detailed equipment engineering for network augments. This includes developing all of the specifications required for installation forces to properly install turn-up inventory and configure the equipment obtaining appropriate management approvals issuing purchase orders creating applicable diagrams/ drawings and ensuring vendor delivery.
- Ensure that work meets all applicable engineering financial planning and operational standards.
- Develop Bill of Material and place orders for network equipment rack and hardware requirements.
- Define cable requirements create cable running lists and order all cables.
- Order all spares required based on sparing plan or directed by capacity management.
- Manage input and update central Network Inventory Database to reflect new builds adds and decommissions.
- Coordinate the acquisition and installation of equipment supporting the network infrastructure.
- Provide design and implementation support for data routers Ethernet backhaul interconnect and other supporting data systems.
What do you bring to the table as a Transport Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Working on Macro New Builds Small Cells In-Building Forced Relocations Mobile Deployment Circuit Design Tess Events Contract Amendments.
- Microwave and dark fiber experience.
- Experience in the cellular/telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of IP addressing routing principles and network design.
- Demonstrated experience with circuit database platforms
