We're looking for experienced sit-down forklift operators with a starting pay rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and equipment knowledge. This is a direct-hire role, so you'll be part of our team from the start! And the benefits don't end there.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, move, and stage product by operating various equipment such as sit- down (Reach Truck is a plus),
- Pull and prepare product for shipping including but not limited to banding, stretch wrapping, block and brace.
- Verify shipments for accuracy, document and report any discrepancies.
- Utilize RF scanner.
- Follow established company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform daily equipment inspections prior to operation.
- Perform other duties and not limited to just driving a forklift, you will label, band, stretch wrap, clean drums and totes, and restack bags and pails.
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Must have 2 -3 years of forklift experience in a logistics environment.
- Must have 2 -3 years of handling hazardous material environment.
- Flexible work schedule: must be able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs.
- Must be able to work in a congested area(s) and non-climate controlled warehouse.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, adjust the body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, and grab; walk and sit for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
