We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dry Van Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting freight across Central Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Eastern Tennessee. Drivers will benefit from weekly home time, competitive mileage pay, and various bonuses and incentives based on performance and mileage goals.
Work Schedule: Drivers will operate on a schedule that ensures weekly home time. We can accommodate specific home time requests for certain areas, providing flexibility to meet drivers' needs.
Compensation and Benefits:

• Mileage Pay: $0.53 per mile (Effective 2/27/22)
• Pay Increases: Based on market changes and customer increases
• Accessorial Pay: Includes tolls, stop, wait, layover, hazmat, NYC, and Canada pay
• Utilization Bonus: Effective 1/2/22, with additional bonuses paid monthly if mileage tier goals are met:
  • 9,000 miles: $0.03 per mile
  • 10,000 miles: $0.06 per mile
  • 11,000 miles: $0.09 per mile
• Holiday Pay: $150 per day
• Vacation Pay: Average weekly pay over the previous 52 weeks
• Guarantee Minimum Pay: 1,500 miles per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Transport freight using dry van loads, consisting of FAK (freight of all kinds)
• Handle a mixture of live load/unload and preload/drop & hook freight
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

• Ability to handle a variety of freight types and loading methods
• Commitment to safety and efficiency in all driving and freight handling activities
