Job Requirements
- OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
- NBO: 8 hrs
- OT billing: if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs; if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs

- High Risk Deliveries – Sioux City is in a location where they have a very high risk patient population
- Large population of non-English speaking patients
