Senior Manager of Care Delivery Operations

Overview

As our client's Senior Manager of Care Delivery Operations, you will lead projects to design and implement key components of the care model, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major projects and initiatives in care model design and implementation
• Develop processes and tools for exceptional participant experience
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Enhance processes based on feedback from market leadership
• Support the launch of new markets and oversee operations implementation
• Evaluate and implement vendors for service delivery
• Design initiatives by leveraging cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks and offer solutions

Schedule and Shift Details:

Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. Greater Los Angeles and South Los Angeles Markets. This position will require up to 50% of the time in markets as needed to support business needs.

Occasional travel required

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
• Vendor Management
• Strategic Initiatives
• Project Management
• Stakeholder Management
• 4+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
• Value-Based Care
• Delivery Operations

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Start-Up
• PACE Model
• Market Expansion
