Digitial Content Delivery Engineer (Direct Hire)

Overview: The successful candidate will align digital IT content channels (Web, eDetail, eMail) with business requirements, collaborating with Brand, Agency, and internal teams to manage frontend Meta Frameworks (Next.js, Drupal) changes. They will support both traditional and decoupled CMS architectures, guiding the delivery of high-quality products across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Alignment:

• Work with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
• Communicate processes for integrating vendor components.
• Participate in agile practices, CI/CD, and effective communication across teams.

MACH/Microservices Architecture:

• Lead MACH architecture development to improve content delivery.
• Provide strategic direction for digital ecosystem evolution and enforce governance.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Leverage partnerships to ensure project quality and governance.

Technology Solutions:

• Ensure technology enhances content delivery, focusing on security, governance, and compliance.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and migrations.

Content Delivery:

• Streamline content delivery across channels and enhance backend (CMS, CIAM) and frontend (UX, templates) capabilities.

Performance & Effectiveness:

• Implement strategies to improve content performance and business effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CMS development (headless, API design, content modeling).
• Proficient in Next.js, PHP, Serverless, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and CMS platforms.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
• 5-7 years in IT engineering/development in complex environments.
