Your Responsibilities: Your role as a propane driver is crucial to our business! You are not only delivering an essential product to residential and commercial businesses, but you’re helping build and maintain our customer relationships. Looking for a better work life balance? As a propane driver, the service areas are local in nature within a 100 mile radius, relieving you from Department of Labor (DOT) requirements to log hours, miles, and locations. Which also means sleeping at home! Drivers are still subject to hour-of-service regulations, and most deliveries are made on a dispatched basis.
Please be comfortable communicating clearly, and a focus on small details and directions will be key! Keeping safety a focus under DOT Regulations will be crucial to the safety of yourself and others. You’ll want to take pride in your vehicle by maintaining its basic needs and performing pre-and-post trip inspections. Class B Commercial Driver’s License is a required endorsement. Air Brake, Tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements are encouraged, but we do have programs that can assist you in getting these credentials if necessary!
