Job Summary
The Punk Rock Museum's Promotional Drivers are self-motivated and driven employees that aim to increase the brand's visibility by frequenting high-traffic areas within Las Vegas. As an integral part of the Marketing Team, the driver is responsible for coordinating routes and target locations to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth.
A successful Promotional Driver must stay up to date with local businesses, key events and peak times in Las Vegas. They will follow local driving laws and have a clean driving record. They will follow all protocols put forth by The Punk Rock Museum.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To operate and oversee The Punk Rock Museum's promotional limo activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Operational Managers and Marketing Department to satisfy promotional needs and goals.
• Jointly develop promotional campaigns and driving routes.
• Create feedback reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Full accountability for the assigned vehicle and any additional equipment that was assigned to it.
• In charge of the vehicle and passenger's safety, including any added equipment.
• Make sure that any issues are reported right away and noted on the feedback sheet.
• Using the feedback form, conduct pre-, on- and post-trip roadworthy checks, reporting any potential flaws.
• In charge of making sure that, unless repairs have been made to the vehicle, they never drive a damaged or defective vehicle.
• The employee is responsible for keeping the car clean and orderly.
• Assure safe, considerate, and cautious travel only on permitted routes.
• Any further relevant tasks that could be necessary.
• Actively advance The Punk Rock Museum ideals.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the values to the other team members.
Ideal Candidates:
• 21 Years or older
• Extensive knowledge of Punk Rock music and culture
• Outgoing and welcoming personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends, holidays, and music fests)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-sensory environment
• Candidates will have to repeatedly move hands, fingers and wrists
• Will comply with all OSHA and ADA requirements
• Willing to submit a background check
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizing, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent marketing management expertise and impressive facilitation and
presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and people management abilities.
• Decent report writing abilities. Speech and writing).
