Description
Are you ready to hit the road with a mission to deliver good times and refreshment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Transport Driver to transport an exciting array of company products, including soft drinks, energy drinks, water, juices, coffee, and our signature Craft Beers, to a variety of company locations. As a key player on our team, you'll follow an established route, ensuring timely deliveries with precision and a smile.
Here's what you'll do:

• Drive and Thrive: Navigate your delivery vehicle to designated company locations, unload product and maintain proper warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our Warehouse Loaders, and your manager to ensure a seamless operation.

Essential Functions

1. Transport company products from the Eugene warehouse to other company locations in a safe and efficient manner. Utilize appropriate equipment to move product throughout the warehouse.
2. Unload trucks and organize returned product, shells, pallets, and CO2 tanks.
3. Stage product pallet, cart or load in truck based upon route schedule and stops.
4. Maintain stability of loaded pallets and carts through proper stacking techniques and shrink-wrapping at the completion of each load.
5. Ensure product remains in satisfactory condition according to company standards through careful storage, placement, transportation, and attention to detail.
6. Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area through bailing cardboard, sorting breakage, throwing away garbage and picking up trash within the warehouse.
7. Adhere to all requirements for vehicle cleanliness and safety, follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations and company vehicle policies.
8. Observe company safety guidelines and practices in every phase of work. Report all hazardous conditions, safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your manager.
9. Regular and reliable attendance.
10. This is a safety-sensitive position. The employee has the responsibility to always be cognizant of their own safety and the safety of others, must have the ability to perform job functions in a safe manner, and operate company equipment and/or vehicles with good judgment and awareness of surroundings at all times.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED Required.
2. Valid Class A CDL Required.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Experience with merchandising, warehouse, or customer service.
2. Experience driving a commercial vehicle.

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in the trade, with frequent warehouse exposure, and does require travel within the designated market. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, pallet jack, forklift and six-wheel cart as well as drive a company vehicle.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a non-exempt level position. The schedule will be Sunday-Thursday with a 3:00 pm start time. These applications are being solicited in anticipation of a possible labor dispute. Positions may or may not be permanent. Positions may still be available after an agreement is reached.
Important: Since Bigfoot Beverages is engaged in collective bargaining, the above wages are subject to change.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Employees must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check. Employees must be able to pass a DOT physical and DOT Certification of Road Test.
