**Job Description:**
- The role involves working in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit.
- Experience in triage and labor & delivery required.
- The position may require floating between units and possibly between nearby affiliated hospitals.
- On-call not required, but weekends are needed, roughly every other weekend.
- Expected ratios adhere to AWHONN standards.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.
- The candidate must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD.
- Background checks and references are required.
- Flexibility with the schedule is important, and inflexibility may lead to termination.
- Required modules on completion prior to start: average 16 hours, non-billable.
- Communication devices will be provided if necessary for job duties.
