As a liaison between leadership and drivers, this position will provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to drivers while ensuring efficient logistics and excellent customer service standards are being met.Additionally, the Lead Driver will provide timely feedback to leadership on territory opportunities and threats. They will also cover delivery driver duties in their absence, including short haul pickups and backhaul operations, which involve picking up and delivering loads to Ginsberg's Foods warehouse.At least 2 years of CDL A Delivery Driving experience is required to be eligible for this positionWeekly Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, start and end times vary day to day.2 years of CDL A delivery driving experience - $29/hr.2 - 5 years of CDL A delivery driving experience - $30.50/hr - $33.74/hr.Have over 5 years of CDL A delivery driving experience?
