To thrive as a Full-Time Driver at WALCO Tool & Engineering, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience with a Class C license is essential, along with a valid DOT Medical Card. Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is crucial for efficient loading and unloading of materials. Strong customer service skills are necessary to foster positive relationships with both clients and vendors. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) ensures safe driving practices, while good written and verbal communication skills facilitate effective interactions with team members and customers alike.
