We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to independently manage our warehouse operations, handle logistics, and support our installation teams.
Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Manage all warehouse activities independently, including receiving, inspecting, and storing equipment.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stored safely and systematically.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure availability for upcoming projects.
Assigning Equipment to Projects:
- Collaborate with the project management team to allocate equipment and supplies for specific jobs.
- Ensure all equipment is tagged, prepared, and ready for delivery to job sites according to project schedules.
Receiving & Ordering Supplies:
- Receive shipments, inspect for accuracy and condition, and properly log all items.
- Manage equipment orders, ensuring timely procurement of supplies for upcoming installations.
Delivery & Transportation:
- Drive company vehicles to deliver equipment and supplies to job sites, coordinating with the installation teams to meet project deadlines.
- Load and unload equipment, ensuring safe transport and proper handling of all items.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of company vehicles and warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in an independent capacity.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with AV equipment (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Forklift certification (a plus but not required).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Inventory management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Warehouse management: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
