Job title: Delivery Lead

(Hybrid at Seattle, WA)

Responsibilities

1. Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
2. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
3. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
4. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
5. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
6. Make a program management plan
7. Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
8. Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program
9. Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs
10. Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur
11. Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program
12. Manage and use resources across the various projects in the program
13. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
14. Manage stakeholders who are involved in the program

Required skills and qualifications

1. Must have strong project management experience with large and complex projects
2. Must have a broad knowledge of project management methodologies
3. The ability to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals
4. The ability to work with a wide range of individuals
5. Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience
6. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
7. Experience in managing stakeholders
8. Working knowledge of PIM or Custom MDM solution
9. Strong understanding of Cloud, UI and Database technologies
10. Outstanding knowledge of change management principles

Salary and Other Compensation :

The base annual salary for this position is between $112,050 to $204,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
