Identify and drive key margin improvement initiatives and programs to successful completion for the AME Sales Region. Current programs include customer P&L analysis and access improvement actions, customer access cost optimization projects, and customer disconnect monitoring. Support key transformation projects such as site P&L tool development and disruptive savings initiatives. Collaboration with AME Sales, sales support, International Zone profitability and operational teams.
