Must have experience:
Should be having 18+ years of experience
Should have good Retail domain understanding
Should have prior experience of managing 400+ programs in ISD Head Role Key
Strong Delivery Head coming from Retail background with experience managing Application & Infrastructure (Ideally coming from Consumer Goods background.)
Application support 70%
Infrastructure support 30%
Experience with Digital Transformation
Delivery Head time will be spent dealing 50% of the time Driving Growth
Delivery Head time will be spent dealing 50% of the time Managing Delivery.
Must have Client Facing experience dealing with CIO, SVP, CXO, leadership maintaining, building, growing relationships.
Have experience with P&L at least 20 million to 40 million and above.
Experience dealing with Team size of 200 BPO, 300 Infrastructure, 200 Applications.
Responsibilities will include:
To ensure that account fulfils all contractual commitments
To drive relationship with the customer and other internal stakeholders.
To partner with Account management teams for business growth planning
To ensure Delivery Governance through creating a facilitative operating environment
To leverage practice propositions and initiatives to add value to the client
To lead the business review meeting with the customer and to ensure that customer visits by the client result in generation of additional business for HCL.
More Details:
To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors or CTO or CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue or risk identification, and resolution
To establish, track and review KPI or Metrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
Pay Range in Nashville, Tennessee, USA
Base Salary: $136,000-$142,000+Bonus StructureIn addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
