Registered Nurse/Labor and Delivery

Job Description: High Risk L&D RN accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area. Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications.

Requirements:

1. CA RN Licensure
2. BLS (AHA)
3. ACLS
4. NRP
5. EKG testing will be required on-site *must get an 80% to pass*
6. 2 years of experience in OB

Shift: 3 x 12 nights 1900-0730, no on call - weekend rotation required
