Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SQL Server, C#, SQL, Angular JS, Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework. Experience in Telecom Billing and Revenue Management domains is a plus. This role will involve leading complex software projects and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive our company's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using SQL Server, C#, SQL, Angular JS, Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software projects, including design specifications and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the growing needs of the business.
