Overall Purpose
The Delivery Lead is a subject matter expert responsible for monitoring day to day performance of their assigned platforms, recommend performance and reliability enhancements, and direct all changes for assigned platforms to ensure performance is maintained.

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $130,000 - $155,000.

Overall Purpose
The Delivery Lead is a subject matter expert responsible for monitoring day to day performance of their assigned platforms, recommend performance and reliability enhancements, and direct all changes for assigned platforms to ensure performance is maintained.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the subject matter expert and platform owner for all assigned systems. Provide a detailed understanding of platform architecture, how customers interact with the systems, and how the assigned systems are supported.
- Act as a training resource for the staff in all technical and operational support areas for assigned systems.
- Participate in all application or environmental enhancement projects as subject matter expert to ensure reliability, scalability, functionality, capacity, and performance are not adversely impacted.
- Performs user acceptance testing (UAT)/ testing as applicable and deploys code into production.
- Documents all new application functionality, including workflow diagrams, and assists in training support staff.
- Provide escalation support and triage for system issues prior to assignment to Engineering/Technology experts including assigning priorities
- Act as the escalation point for critical problem resolution including internal communications and root cause analysis
- Provide day to day oversight of the assigned systems and functionality. This includes approval of all changes made to the environment and owner of critical problem resolution
- Establish service level performance standards for all assigned platforms based on current system capabilities. Analyze day to day performance of assigned platforms to ensure required performance is maintained
- Create and manage Disaster Recovery plans for all assigned applications
- Ensure audit requirements are met for assigned applications.
- Understand and support FCRA Compliance requirements related to assigned applications
- Recommend system enhancements to increase reliability, scalability, capacity, performance
- Comply with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Seven plus years of knowledge and/or experience in development, project management, and requirements for systems performance and reliability.
- Knowledge and/or experience in financial institution operations related to assigned platform capabilities.
- Ability to analyze problems and review multiple alternate solutions including analysis of advantages and disadvantages and make decisions.
- Ability to relate business needs to system capabilities and to fully understand the role of the systems and impacts to the business.
- Effective leadership
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high severity incidents
- Ability to learn new and complex technologies and apply that knowledge when supporting assigned platforms.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Background and drug screen.
