Warehouse / Delivery Driver - Non CDL

Job Summary:
As a Warehouse / Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that our products are handled with care, maintained accurately within our warehouse, and delivered promptly to our customers. You will be the backbone of our supply chain, providing the link between our products and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a 20ft flatbed truck with a forklift and other vehicles and equipment as required.
• Follow routes and schedules as assigned, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all incoming and outgoing products.
• Create purchase orders and communicate with vendors to replenish stock and any other orders.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including organizing stock, keeping a clean environment, and managing inventory.
• Assist with counter sales, inside sales duties as needed.
• Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, acting as the face of the company.
• Handle paperwork related to deliveries and returns, ensuring accuracy and completion.
• Work closely with management to optimize processes and improve service delivery.
• Other Duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. CDL NOT Required
• Previous experience in a delivery role preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with using navigation systems and following delivery routes.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and handle construction materials.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required.
• Ability to pass a mandatory drug test before hire.
