Requirements

• This position requires the employee to stand, walk, twist and reach for entire shift (8-10 hours).
• This position requires the employee to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
• This position requires the employee to work in heights as assigned (30 feet).

• Requires working in cramped workspaces and getting into awkward positions.
• Requires working in very hot (above 90 F degrees) or very cold (below 32 F degrees) temperatures.

• Exposed to sounds and noise levels that maybe distracting.

• This position requires the employee to successfully complete pre-employment screening and training class.
• This position requires the employee to see/read small print.

Job Description
Job Duties:

• Driving in temperatures 31 degrees/outside/ambient in fast-paced storage warehouses.
• Must be able to withstand zero or below temperatures. Company will provide coats for Freezer temperatures only.
• Must be able to maneuver in tight spaces on electric or propane equipment, with the ability to push or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Operate machinery safely under pressures from internal and external customers.
• Drive equipment proficiently and utilize the WMS system.

Department Duties:

• Must be able to be moved internally to other operations which may include prolonged standing in cold temperatures.
• Will be on rotating schedule during off-season; weekends/overtime may be required during the fall moths.
