The position

As a Service Delivery Manager in Welltec, your tasks will include:

• Investigating all Incident Reports, both HSE and Quality
• Implementing procedures to improve service quality in both the field and workshop environments and ensuring Standards of Performance are followed
• Regular communication with the Operations Manager regarding ongoing field operations
• Distribution of “Lessons Learned” and “Quality Alert” emails
• Developing and implementing ‘Best Practice’ procedures
• Developing documentation related to streamlining the entire field process
• Overseeing and coordinating all planning and execution of jobs for their area of responsibility
• Equipment ordering using the ordering system
• Planning and documentation for non-standard operations
• Conducting field audits, both HSE and Quality
• Client contact including meetings, presentations, and problem solving
• Preparing monthly reports, special projects and tool performance reports
• Liaising between Operations and Sales
• Updating competence overview for area of responsibility
• Compiling weekly activity reports for Operations Manager
• Contributing to meetings with Operation Manager and Management
• Maintaining and updating field audit records
• Auditing redress documentation and Master Asset Tracking
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner at all times
• Following on-site procedures as outlined by customer/consultant
• Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The candidate

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

• Degree in petroleum engineering or other engineering disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years industry experience with progressive experience managing field operations and personnel
• Relevant experience in Oil and Gas
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve, work with hand tools, and interpret blueprint diagrams
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Fluent in English language – both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio software
• Valid Class Driver’s license and clean record (required)
