**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting.
- Monitor vital signs and fetal heart rates, administering medications as instructed.
- Assist with labor management and support the delivery process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
- Educate and support families during the childbirth process and postpartum period.
- Perform assessments and establish nursing diagnoses for labor and delivery patients.
- Uphold patient safety and care protocols consistently.
- Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately and thoroughly.
