My client, a well-known international manufacturing firm, is calling English speaking candidates to join their Vietnam team.
I. JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for process monitoring & line troubleshooting. Be responsible to control and improve process document (Working Instruction, Process Manual)
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design.
- Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
- Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
- Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
- Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect.
- Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution IPQC/OQC reject analysis.
- Line down follows up & improvement.
- Line audit, Gemba Walk CIP for material & routing saving.
- Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.
III. REQUIREMENTS:
University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related.
Experience 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.
Knowledge, Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
Strategic thinking skills.
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be advantageous.
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
