You Are an innovative, strategic and results-oriented leader with a strong background in HR Service Delivery transformations, including Employee portal, Knowledge Management, and Case management solutions. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for leading the HR Service Delivery track of our HCM implementation and will build the strategy and drive implementation of this critical stream of work. This role will partner with a team of HR, IT and Business leaders to transform and implement a cloud based HCM system, including responsibility for designing and delivering new functionality, solutions and supporting processes, ensuring compliance and business objectives are met and effectively collaborating with various stakeholders and effectively executing change management plans while delivering a world-class digital and positive employee experience. This role reports to the VP of HR, Aspire Program. This role will focus on the technology implementation over the next 24 months and then is expected to transition to a leadership role within our HR organization. Candidates must be located in the greater Seattle Washington area or in close proximity to our Seattle corporate headquarters. Remote work in the greater Seattle area is an option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops the strategy for and effectively leads the HR Service Delivery team focused on the implementation of a cloud based HCM solution that supports organization goals and enables operational excellence in HR processes and service delivery.
  • In close partnership with IT, develops the HR technical roadmap and creates business cases to support new solutions with a strong focus on efficiency, standardization, compliance, data privacy and a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Effectively partners with all HR, IT and key business leaders throughout the organization to prioritize and implement effective design and delivery of solutions ensuring processes are implemented in support of organizational goals and strategies.
  • Brings effective application knowledge, exceptional project management skills and delivery approaches to HR operational projects.
  • Stays current with innovative HR practices and technical solutions and improves HR Shared Services strategies through innovative solutions while ensuring compliance requirements align to operational service delivery and processes.
  • Builds strong relationships and effectively collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders at multiple levels, from executives to end users across the company.
  • Effectively builds and leads a collaborative, nimble, high performing Shared Services team that provides exceptional functional support and analytics to employees and customers while meeting established SLAs.
  • Establishes strong standards for ongoing training and documentation for all HR processes and activities within the Shared Services function and across HR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (with concentration in HR, IT or related discipline preferred)
  • Experience with the implementation of large-scale ERP/Cloud solutions required, with Human Capital Management system implementation experience strongly desired; UKG experience a plus.
  • Experience leading teams accountability for the delivery of HR shared services.
  • 7-10 years experience in human resources, information technology or a related discipline required
  • 5+ years' experience leading HR or IT teams required, with an emphasis on building a high performing, collaborative team focusing on process improvement and innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic plans, design and implement effective, innovative HR solutions and lead cross functional teams to standardize HR technical solutions and processes
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with HR COEs to understand their needs and support building solutions leveraging appropriate features which drive innovative HR processes and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include communication, influencing, building trust and collaborating; highly effective at managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization and successfully managing group dynamics to drive consensus in a matrixed organization

Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $139,000 - $208,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. This position is also eligible to receive $32,000 in restricted stock units on an annual basis, as part of our Long Term Incentive Plan.

Retirement : Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
