Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple Agile teams, including Scrum Teams and Shared Services Teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes key use cases based on business value and complexity.
- Provide expertise in low code/no code development, ensuring scalability and leveraging existing data integrations.
- Oversee the integration of AI and LLM tools to optimize the platform, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
- Guide the development of a unified interface that meets business requirements and enhances usability through design thinking.
- Implement a robust QA plan to track deficiencies, identify process improvements, and keep leadership informed of QA activities.
- Ensure completion of all compliance documentation and validations for successful Initial Production Deployment.
- Work with security teams to implement necessary approvals from cybersecurity, privacy, and other governance bodies.
- Conduct engagement sessions with stakeholders using approved User Experience / Human Centered Design methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients to define platform Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Coordinate with various teams including API Gateway, Enterprise Security Services.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technical project management and delivery leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and system integration.
- Experience with AI and machine learning implementation in large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with federal compliance requirements and cybersecurity standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with low code/no code platforms.
- Knowledge of Java and RESTful services.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration and API management.
- Experience with user interface design and usability principles.
