Delivery Manager

Sphere is helping a well-known multinational company innovate and bring new platforms to market, and is looking for a Delivery Manager who will join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple projects (cloud migration, mobile applications, and data projects), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations;
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and product owners to ensure a cohesive and efficient project delivery process;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, ensuring they follow established protocols and best practices;
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise;
• Drive projects forward proactively, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies;
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet client requirements;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience;
• Experience in managing AI/Gen AI projects;
• Strong knowledge and experience in cloud migration, mobile applications, and data projects;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders;
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop project managers;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• PMP certification is a plus.
