Also have Lactation consultants. Also have Level 2 NICU with 2 RNs 24/7. 24/7 in house OB Hospitalist and 24/7 in house Neonatology provider. Type of staff: o Day Shift 4-5 labor RNs/shift; 2 postpartum RNs/shift; scheduler/birth registrar M-F o Night Shift same Patient Ratios varied, depending stages of labor Type of equipment Labor tubs for midwifery patients; Fetal monitoring system EMR Meditech and CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
