The OHC Operator will be expected make timely and accurate decisions under pressure and to adhere to all requirements for protective equipment for those areas. The Operator may be required to fill in any of the OHC positions at any time (OHC #2, #1, #36, #23, #5, #6, #3, #24 and #101) and be involved in (when covering) all EAF down-days (clean-up & shell changes) & involved in the operation and maintenance activities of the EAF (this includes the flux systems). The OHC Operator will work in extreme weather conditions, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
