Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in El Paso, TX

**Must-Have:**
- Labor & Delivery experience, including circulating the OR for C-section deliveries.
**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit with a patient ratio of Labor 2:1, Antepartum 4:1, PACU 2:1, and Postpartum 6:1.
- Participate in call requirements twice per schedule and work two weekends per schedule.
- Handle typical procedures such as C-section, BTL, cerclage, D&C, and Inductions; manage mechanical dilators and outpatient services like Rhogam and iron infusion.
- Utilize GE fetal monitoring, Panda warmers, and Hill-Rom labor beds.
- Work with EMR systems such as CPN and Meditech.
- Follow unit guidelines and protocols, including care for maternal hemorrhage, severe hypertension, and diabetes management in OB patients.
- Desired personal traits include having an open mind, being positive, and a team player.
- Dress code requires Galaxy blue scrubs and closed shoes.
- The Labor and Delivery unit has a Maternal Level III designation and is recognized as a mother-friendly facility.
