We are seeking a dependable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a customer service-focused position requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The role involves working closely with a fellow team member to ensure efficient and timely deliveries to our valued customers throughout the Richmond area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Operate a 46-foot box truck while adhering to safety standards and performing routine vehicle safety checks.
- Use GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and timely deliveries.
- Safely and accurately deliver merchandise to customers, handling all goods with care to avoid damage.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, following safety procedures to prevent injury.
- Work collaboratively with your driving partner, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication on the job.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a delivery driver role, preferably with experience driving larger vehicles such as box trucks.
- Clean driving record with no recent violations.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and the ability to follow mapped routes efficiently.
- Commitment to safety, both in operating vehicles and handling merchandise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Team player mentality, able to work well with a partner during deliveries.
- Must be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to handle merchandise with extreme caution to prevent damage during transportation.
