Check in patients at various offsite locations.Drive, set up and break down the mobile unit at each offsite location.Maintain checklists and maintenance logs of vehicle.Clean unit at the end of each shift.Register and check in patients at offsite locations.Follow all safety precautions.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:Driver License specializing in Commercial credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Heart Saver AED preferred.
