**Job Description:**
- Provide care in a hospital setting specializing in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP).
- Manage laboring patients with a 1:1 patient ratio and couplets with a 3:1 ratio.
- Support and collaborate with a team that includes techs and secretaries.
- Utilize equipment like Monica wireless fetal monitoring and GE fetal monitoring.
- Document patient care using Meditech/CPN systems.
- Work every third weekend and have the potential to float to a sister facility.
- Perform procedural support such as C-section, circumcision, vaginal deliveries, and antepartum testing including ultrasounds.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience through bedside reporting and safety rounding.
- Wear a required navy uniform.
- Engage with a small, family-oriented team that values teamwork and self-scheduling.
- Be a part of a unit recognized with awards such as the Unit Based Council and Daisy Award.
