Jeff Temp - Custodial Worker / Patient Transport (Methodist/Center City)

JeffTemps, Jefferson's in-house temp service, is seeking applicants with environmental service/housekeeping experience for our South Philadelphia and Center City locations. Currently looking for all shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd, full-time hours.
Essential Functions :

• Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas.
• Creates an aesthetically pleasing environment for our customers.
• Performs cleaning procedures in accordance with Infection Control and Hospital policies.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.

Qualifications
Education/Training Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to problem solve, ability to understand and explain job expectations and duties
• Exhibits a kind, friendly manner in communication with others, and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Experience Requirements:
2-3 years of housekeeping/customer service experience in healthcare or the hospitality industry preferred but not required
Conditions of Employment
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
