AGE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Neonates, Infants, Children, Adolescents, Adults.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel to a patient's home.
• Ability to lift, carry push, and pull light to moderate loads, such as supplies and equipment used in general office work.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in the medical record.
• Ability to accurately document nusing process (assessment, plan, implement and evaluate).
• Ability to use computer.
