Job Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Industrial Program Administrator, the Commercial Driver License (CDL) Instructor will provide instruction in accordance with the established South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction including hands on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports.
  • Recommend for approval adequate instructional materials for course.
  • Recommend adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned course.
  • Supervision of students.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Industrial Program Administrator.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Required: Current Commercial Drivers License from any state. (Able to obtain SC CDL prior to teaching). At least 2 years of commercial driving.
