Job Duties:
- Greet guests as they enter the lobby area.
- Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services.
- Provide guest transportation, as needed.
- Provide luggage delivery and/or storage, as requested.
- Resolve guest conflict/challenges through empowerment.
- Practice safe driving techniques and obey all state and federal driving/safety laws.
- Communicate with Front Desk via radio.
- Perform and respond to all other requests from Hotel Management.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate/GED.
- Must have 1-2 years customer service experience.
- Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record with Department of Motor Vehicles.
