Requirements

• CDL A and minimum 21 years of age
• 6 months minimum experience. Student Program available for CDL A holders with insufficient experience
• DWI Convictions must be 5 years old
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Maximum 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
