Job Requirements / Description
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in Colorado.
- Certification in Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) or similar preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.

- Director of Labor & Delivery Unit
- Position Summary: The Director of Labor and Delivery Unit is responsible for the strategic planning, administrative, and clinical management of the Labor and Delivery department.
- This role ensures the highest standards of care for mothers and their newborns while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidelines.
Job Details
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.
