**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery/Perinatal in a high-volume delivery service
- Preferred: 3-5 years of clinical perinatal experience in high-volume delivery services
**License:**
- Registered Nurse license
**Certifications:**
- BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics
- Advanced Life Support certification
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
- Preferred: Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification, S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification
**Must-Have:**
- Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
**Job Description:**
- Work in a Level IV Maternal Designation facility with 20 LDR suites, 4 C-section suites, and more
- Manage care for high-risk and fast-paced delivery service
- Collaborate within an academic teaching service and large private OB practices
- Perform over 500+ deliveries per month
- Provide care with 24-hour in-house coverage from Attending OB, anesthesia, and NICU
- Participate in a Perinatal Transport Program
- Prepare for an upcoming expansion in late 2025 to a new Women's Tower
