Weekly Pay Range - $2467 To $2741

**Certifications:**
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification
**Must-Have:**
- Cerner experience is required for all travelers at all campuses
**Job Description:**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional, and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Evaluate progress toward attaining outcomes.
- Identify outcomes for the patient or the patient's situation.
- Collaborate with the team of patient, family, and healthcare providers in providing patient care in a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment.
- Provide learning opportunities for patients, family members, and team members.
- Directly provide health information to patients, families, and treatment teams.
- Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Acute care facility experience is preferred.
- Must be gone for a full year before eligible to return as a traveler if previously employed.
- Required vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccine (required in some locations) and other vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter.
- Orientation: 24 hours.
